The Tri-Plex

In 2010, Highcliffe began construction on its first Tri-Plex building. This building comprises 3 three bedroom units, each of 1398 sq.ft. All units are accessible. We have completed 4 of these designs in the last couple of years. The scale of these developments allow them to fit into many existing neighborhoods. This often results in the ability to target advantageous or desirable locations. Proximity to medical services has been of significant advantage to some of our clients.

The Eleven-Plex (Harenhall)

In 2013, Highcliffe designed a new building to match clients needs, this time with 11 units. Some of the suites are tailored for independent living for residents. It also incorporates significant space for multi-purpose use.

HighGarden

The original design for the 11-plex was changed in 2016 to accommodate different needs and wants of clients. The result was a 12-plex with additional office and recreational spaces for individuals.

Sunrise House

In 2017, work began on a unique six-plex building. This design was incorporated into an established residential community. This building was designed specifically to meet the needs of existing clients of one of our service providers.

Timberlands

In 2018, construction began on the largest building yet. A 29 bedroom, 8 suite building made to fit the needs of youth and young adults. With significant space dedicated to multi-purpose use, this will be great for social and life skills training.
